The Sr. Investor Relations Executive is the elevated tier of that experience. You manage a book of sophisticated, established investors who have chosen Fazio because of the quality of the client relationship we provide. You handle the most complex and highest-value opportunities in our portfolio, mentor those developing around you, and operate at a level where your judgment, your investor relationships, and your market authority define what Fazio stands for in the markets we serve.
You have already proven you can move inventory. What we are looking for now is the professional who does it faster, at higher margins, on more complex inventory, and with a book of investors that compounds month over month.

The Account Executive is the entry point into a clearly defined growth track at Fazio. High performers are developed toward Senior Account Executive and then VP of Acquisition Strategies. We build from within and the closers who execute with consistency and integrity here do not stay at one level for long.

The Sr. Investor Relations Executive operates at the highest level of individual production in the Dispo department. You handle the most complex and highest-value assignments in the pipeline, manage a book of established repeat investors, mentor IRAs through difficult situations, and set the standard for what elite dispo execution looks like at Fazio.
A Sr. Investor Relations Executive at Fazio is measured by the quality and volume of what they close, the assignment fees they generate above target, and the example they set for the team. You will know you are excelling when your deals are closing fast at strong numbers, your repeat investor relationships are compounding, the IRAs around you are getting better because of your presence in the department, and your production consistently reflects the elevated standard this tier demands.
