Sr. Investor Relations Executive

The Sr. Investor Relations Executive is the elite individual producer in the Dispositions department at Fazio Real Estate Solutions. You handle the highest-value and most complex deal assignments, manage a book of established repeat investors, and mentor IRAs through difficult situations.

This role is for experienced dispositions professionals who know how to sit across from hedge funds, institutional buyers, and serious investor groups -- and consistently walk away with a better number than anyone expected.

• Manage a full personal deal load focused on the highest-value and most complex assignments
• Set dispo pricing strategy at a senior level including ADT, opening price, and price reduction triggers
• Build and maintain a book of high-value repeat investors with consistent relationship management
• Identify and approach investors for specific deals proactively before general outreach begins
• Negotiate complex investor scenarios including competing offers and extended timelines
• Mentor IRAs on investor negotiations, above-target performance, and deal presentation

• Proven track record in real estate dispositions, investor relations, or institutional sales
• Deep experience negotiating with serious buyers including funds, agents, and experienced investors
• Strong investor relationship management skills and a book of industry contacts
• High personal standard for above-target performance on every deal
