What You Will Be Responsible For

The Sr. Investor Relations Executive operates at the highest level of individual production in the Dispo department. You handle the most complex and highest-value assignments in the pipeline, manage a book of established repeat investors, mentor IRAs through difficult situations, and set the standard for what elite dispo execution looks like at Fazio.

Advanced Deal Marketing and Execution
  • Manage a full personal deal load focusing on the highest-value and most complex assignments in the DISPO pipeline
  • Conduct rigorous quality control underwriting checks on every deal before launch catching errors, gaps, or conflicting information that could harm the deal in market
  • Set dispo pricing strategy at an advanced level identifying the right opening price, buy now price, and price reduction triggers based on market data and investor activity
  • Lead campaign coordination with Kim on your deals providing strategic input on messaging, investor targeting, and campaign timing to maximize exposure and response rate
  • Execute full investor outreach across all channels and platforms with the speed and precision of a senior operator adding new qualified investors to the database daily
Senior Investor Relationship Management
  • Manage a book of established, high-value repeat investors and deliver the level of service that keeps them coming back deal after deal
  • Conduct advanced investor strategy conversations with sophisticated investors including small investment groups, portfolio operators, and high-volume repeat buyers
  • Identify investors in the database who match specific deal profiles before launch and approach them proactively rather than reactively
  • Build and maintain deep investor profiles in ReSimply that go beyond basic buy box data to capture financing capability, decision-making timeline, and portfolio strategy
  • Convert every closed investor into a long-term Fazio investor through consistent follow-up, proactive deal matching, and a first-class experience at every touchpoint
Advanced Negotiation and Deal Structuring
  • Negotiate complex investor scenarios including multiple competing offers, creative financing situations, and deals requiring extended timelines or special terms
  • Identify and evaluate double close, novation, and creative exit opportunities that maximize the assignment outcome beyond a standard wholesale assignment
  • Manage price reduction conversations with investors and coordinate with the B2B team and Sales team when a PR is required to save a deal
  • Provide the B2B team with precise deal pulse updates on investor interest, offer activity, and deal positioning so their Private Clients always know the current status
  • Mentor IRAs on investor negotiation, deal presentation strategy, and handling difficult investor objections through example and direct coaching
CRM Discipline, Reporting and Team Contribution
  • Maintain deal card accuracy and CRM discipline at the senior standard across your full deal load with same-day logging of all interactions, offers, and deal status changes
  • Provide leadership with regular insight on investor behavior patterns, market conditions, and campaign performance trends across your deals
  • Contribute strategic input to the daily Dispo huddle on deal performance, pricing strategy, and investor market observations
  • Support IRAs on escalated investor situations where a more experienced hand is needed to close the deal or save a relationship

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Sr. Investor Relations Executives at Fazio typically earn between $5,000 and $12,000 per month depending on deal volume, target price performance, and speed of execution. Sr. IREs operating at full capacity with consistent above-target performance earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
